About the Blog

4/23/2017: Wow! It’s crazy how much things change in roughly 4 years! I’m Kayleen Amimoto and I am currently a 1st year undergraduate student studying at UCSD in La Jolla, California. I have the biggest blessing this summer to be able to partner with God in ministry and take the Gospel to Japan!  Here is where I will be updating on our trip and prayer requests for myself and my team. I am so excited to be able to be used by God to see Him glorified this summer! Arigatou gozaimasu! (Thank you very much!)

9/26/2013:This is one of those blogs that I feel people always think are super boring because all they say are encouraging and positive messages. On the contrary, I feel that in life, it’s super necessary to have those positive comments.

In the last few years, I have found that it’s important that everyone be “encouraged, uplifted, and inspired”. These three things, I think, are very significant points for one to get the most out of life. I believe encouragement is so important because it can help us to look at life with such a more positive perspective. If someone is encouraged, it can lead to them feeling uplifted. Being uplifted can help you look at life in such a better light. It also lets you know that there is someone out there who cares about you and wants you to be encouraged. Finally, when someone is encouraged and uplifted, they can pass on the encouragement and inspire other people.

I have gone through the process of being “encouraged, uplifted, and inspired”. I haven’t quite gotten to the inspiration part yet; but that’s where this blog plays a huge role. I feel that it’s time for me to go out and inspire others. Through the stories, quotes, and videos, I want to create contagious encouragement; which is something I hope can encourage, uplift, and inspire you so you can pass it on to someone else and inspire them as well.
